Kenyan Yogurt Stir Fry

- β1 cup Jazzy Jasmine Rice
- β1 cup Kenyan Vegetable Mixany combination of bell peppers, carrots, green beans, and onions
- β1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- β2 tbsp Stir Fry Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- β1/4 cup Fryany type of vegetable oil

Instructions

Heat 1/4 cup of fry in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Kenyan Vegetable Mix and cook until the vegetables are tender.
