Sausage and Jazzy Bowl
A fusion of Korean and spicy flavors with a twist of excitement.
Ingredients
- β1 lb SausageKorean-style sausage
- β1/4 cup JazzySpicy Korean-inspired sauce
- β1 BowlStainless steel or ceramic bowl
- β1 cup RiceCooked white or brown rice
- β1/2 cup KimchiSpicy Korean fermented cabbage
- β1/4 cup Green OnionsChopped for garnish
- β2 tbsp Sesame OilFor cooking and dressing
- β2 tbsp Soy SauceFor seasoning and dressing
- β1 tsp SugarFor balancing flavors

Cook the sausage in a pan over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Once the sausage is browned and cooked through, remove it from the pan and set it aside.

In the same pan, add the jazzy sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the kimchi to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

To assemble the bowls, place a scoop of rice in the bottom of each bowl.

Add the cooked sausage on top of the rice, followed by the kimchi and jazzy sauce.

Drizzle the sesame oil and soy sauce over the top of each bowl, and sprinkle with sugar to balance the flavors.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
