Jazzy American Casserole
A classic American casserole with a twist, made with plant-based ingredients. It's the perfect comfort food for a cozy night in.
Ingredients
- β8 oz lazy american noodles
- β1 lb plant based ground 'beef'
- β1 cup casserole sauce
- β1 cup, shredded jazzy cheese
- β1/2 cup chopped onion
- β1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Cook the lazy american noodles according to package instructions.

In a large pan, cook the plant based ground 'beef' over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the casserole sauce and bring to a simmer.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the jazzy cheese over the top of the casserole.
