- β1 cup ceviche
- β2 tablespoons, juice jazzy citrus
- βto taste portuguese sea salt
- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh mint leaves

In a large bowl, combine diced melon and ceviche.

Squeeze the juice of 2 tablespoons of jazzy citrus over the top of the melon mixture.
