Tunisian Kha Tagine

- β1 tsp galangalgrated
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened (5 min).
