Smoky Uni Sushi
A fusion sushi dish combining smoky flavors with the freshness of uni.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Sushi riceShort-grain Japanese rice
- ●8 pieces UniFresh sea urchin
- ●2 tbsp Smoky sauceSmoked paprika and chili flakes mixed with soy sauce
- ●1 slice Jazzy jalapeñoThinly sliced jalapeño pepper
- ●1 tsp Uruguayan chimichurriHerbs and spices mixed with olive oil
- ●1 sheet Sushi noriSeaweed sheets for sushi rolls

Prepare sushi rice according to the package instructions.

Cut the uni into small pieces and set aside.

Prepare the smoky sauce by mixing smoked paprika, chili flakes, and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Cut the jazz jalapeño into thin slices.

Prepare the Uruguayan chimichurri by mixing herbs and spices with olive oil in a small bowl.

Lay a sheet of sushi nori flat and spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto it.

Place a few pieces of uni in the middle of the rice.

Drizzle the smoky sauce over the uni.

Top with a slice of jazz jalapeño.

Roll the sushi using a bamboo sushi mat.
