Spicy Hash Brown Cakes with Cabbage Slaw
Crunchy hash brown cakes paired with a refreshing cabbage slaw. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- βshredded 1 large napa cabbagefor slaw
- βgrated 2 large potatoesfor hash
- βfinely chopped 1 small onionfor hash
- βminced 2 cloves garlicfor hash
- β 1 cup hashfor hash
- β 1 teaspoon spicy seasoningfor hash
- β 1 eggfor hash
- β Salt and pepperto taste

Shred the cabbage and set aside.

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, hash, and spicy seasoning.

Mix well and add the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the hash mixture into the pan.
