Venezuelan Fried Rice with Jazzy Twist
A Chinese-inspired dish with a unique twist of Venezuelan flavors, featuring a flavorful fried rice dish with the added zing of jazzy seasoning.
Ingredients

- β1 tsp Venezuelan seasoningadjust to taste
- β2 cups cooked Ricepreferably day-old rice
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 cup diced Onionany color
- β2 cloves minced Garlicoptional
- β1 cup frozen Peasthawed
- β1 cup grated Carrotsoptional

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and minced garlic (if using) and stir-fry until the onion is translucent.

Add cooked rice, Venezuelan seasoning, and Jazzy seasoning. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.

Add frozen peas and grated carrots (if using). Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Use a spatula to break up any clumps and stir-fry for another minute.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
