Syrian Tagine Jelly
A sweet and tangy jelly made with the flavors of Syria, perfect as a dessert or snack.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Jelly
- β1 tsp Like (Sumac)
- β1 tsp Syrian Tagine spice mix
- β1 cup Water

Combine the tomatoes, jelly, sumac, and tagine spice mix in a large saucepan.

Add the water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the jelly has thickened.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean saucepan and discard the solids.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the jelly has thickened to your liking.
