Earthy Pudding Delight
A rich and creamy dessert made with earthy ingredients, perfect for a warm evening.
Ingredients
- β1 package Malaysian jellylike dessertabout 250g
- β1 cup Earthy pudding mixunsweetened
- β2 tablespoons Gelatinunflavored
- β1 cup Water
- β1/2 cup Sugar
- β1/2 cup Milk
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.

In a medium saucepan, combine the earthy pudding mix, sugar, and 1 cup of milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add in the softened gelatin, stirring until it's fully dissolved.

Add in the vanilla extract and stir to combine.

Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.

Once set, cut into squares and serve.
