Galaktoboureko Crème Brûlée
A creamy Galaktoboureko-inspired dessert with a caramelized sugar crust, French flair, and a velvety texture.

- ●1 sheet galaktoboureko filo dough
- ●1 cup greek yogurt
- ●1 cup velvety cream
- ●3 eggs
- ●1 cup granulated sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, velvety cream, eggs, and granulated sugar.

3. Stir in the jellylike honey.

4. Cut the galaktoboureko filo dough into small pieces and line a baking dish with them.

5. Pour the cream mixture into the baking dish.

6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

7. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.

8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

9. Just before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of granulated sugar on top.
