Jerusalem Bliss Flatbread
A simple flatbread infused with the flavors of Jerusalem and topped with a tangy bliss sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Jerusalem flourYou can substitute with regular flour if needed.
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1 tablespoon Ferment Active dry yeast or fermented flour can be used.
- β1 cup Water
- β1 tablespoon Olive oil
- β2 tablespoons Bliss sauce
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley

In a large bowl, combine Jerusalem flour, salt, and ferment.

Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Divide the dough into 2-3 equal portions, depending on desired flatbread size.
