Deulkkae Pierogi Stew
A hearty stew made with spicy deulkkae and traditional polish pierogi.

- β2 cups Deulkkaedried, crushed
- β1 package Polish Pierogithawed
- β1 cup Spiced Jerusalem Artichokecanned
- β2 tablespoons Perilla Oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat perilla oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add crushed deulkkae and cook for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.

Add spiced Jerusalem artichoke, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.

Add thawed pierogi to the pot and stir to coat with deulkkae mixture.
