Jewel-Encrusted Smoked Korean Pear Wrap
A sweet and savory wrap filled with the flavors of Korea and the crunch of jewel-toned ingredients.
Ingredients
- β2 Smoked Korean Pearthinly sliced
- β1 Jewel Wraplarge flour tortilla
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakesoptional
- β1 tsp Vegetable Oilfor brushing
- β1 tsp Sesame Seedsoptional
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Brush the wrap with vegetable oil and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly toasted.

In a small bowl, mix together the Korean chili flakes and sesame seeds.

Spread the chili flake mixture evenly over the wrap, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Arrange the smoked pear slices on top of the chili flake mixture.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap into a tight cylinder.
