Palak Paneer
A popular Indian dish made with spinach and paneer cheese. This recipe is creamy, flavorful and pairs well with naan or rice.

Ingredients
- ●2 cups palakfresh spinach leaves
- ●250g paneerIndian cheese, cut into small cubes
- ●2 tbsp gheeclarified butter
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 inch gingergrated
- ●1 tsp cumin powderground
- ●1 tsp coriander powderground
- ●1/2 tsp nutmeg powderground
- ●1 tsp saltto taste
- ●1 cup waterfor blending

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin powder and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the spinach leaves and sauté until wilted.

Add the coriander powder, nutmeg powder and salt. Mix well.

Add the water and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the paneer cubes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of ghee.
