French-Style Chicken in Velvety Mushroom Sauce

- β1 cup velvety mushrooms
- β1 cup, sliced jeweled vegetables
- β1/4 cup thai basil
- β1 teaspoon kao powderoptional
- β1/2 cup, grated mun cheese
- β2 tablespoons gai oil
- βto taste salt and pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and kao powder (if using).

Heat gai oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish.

Add the sliced jeweled vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
