- β1 large Jewelled onions
- β1/4 cup Crisp cilantro
- β2 teaspoons Tagine spice mix
- β2 tablespoons Dish oil
- β1 Romantic red pepperdiced

1. Heat oil in the tagine over medium-high heat.
