Irish Porridge Breakfast

- β2 cups water
- β2 tsp jewelled sugaroptional
- β1 scoop post-workout protein powderoptional

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

Add the Irish oats and reduce heat to low.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the oats have absorbed most of the water and have a creamy consistency.
