Spicy Stew with Tomatoes
A hearty and flavorful stew made with a combination of tinned tomatoes and stew meat, seasoned with a hint of Korean chili flakes.
Ingredients
- β1 can tinned stew meatdrained and rinsed
- β2 cans tinned tomatoescrushed
- β1 tsp korean chili flakesadjust to taste
- β1 tsp jiggly jellyoptional
- β2 tbsp soy sauceor to taste

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the crushed tomatoes, chili flakes, and soy sauce to the pot.

Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add the jiggly jelly (if using) and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and let the stew simmer for 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
