Miso Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful stir fry made with miso paste and served with a side of marinated marveled vegetables.

Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Miso paste
- β1 cup Marinated shaggy (vegetables)
- β2 tablespoons Joltin (oil)
- βto taste Salt
- β1/2 cup Block (tofu)optional

Instructions

Heat joltin in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add marinated shaggy and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add miso paste and stir for another minute.

If using block, add it and stir for 1-2 minutes.
