Saudi Arabian Beef Stew
A hearty, flavorful stew originating from Saudi Arabia, adapted with Japanese flair. This dish is perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Saudi Arabian sausagesUse any Japanese-style sausages as a substitute.
- β2 pounds Beef stew meat
- β2 medium OnionThinly sliced.
- β2 inches GingerSliced.
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced.
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil

1. Heat sesame oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

4. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

6. Add soy sauce, garlic, and 2 cups of water.

7. Bring to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.
