Spicy Korean-Style Foie Gras Soup
A rich and spicy soup that combines the luxurious taste of foie gras with the bold flavors of Korean cuisine.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Korean Chili Flakes (Gochugaru)
- ●2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 inches Ginger
- ●2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ●1 tsp Sugar
- ●4 cups Korean Soup Stock
- ●chopped (for garnish) Green Onions

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the Korean chili flakes and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce, sugar, and Korean soup stock.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
