Algerian Chicken Jubilant Burger

- β2 tsp algerian spice blendavailable at most middle eastern or north african markets
- β100ml jubilant saucesee jubilant sauce recipe for details
- β4 burger bunsgluten-free if required
- β2 cups lettucefresh
- β2 tomatoripe
- β1 red onionthinly sliced
- β2 tbsp mayonnaiseoptional
- β4 slices burger cheesecheddar or mozzarella

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breast with algerian spice blend and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the burger buns on the grill.

Spread a layer of jubilant sauce on the bottom bun.
