Pistachio Pavlova Naan Bites
Crispy naan bites filled with a sweet pistachio pavlova-inspired filling, inspired by Indian cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup pavlovachopped pavlova meringue
- β1/4 cup pistachioschopped pistachios
- β1/4 cup jubilantjubilant sugar, or substitute with granulated sugar
- β2 tablespoons australianaustralian yogurt (or substitute with plain yogurt)
- β1/4 teaspoon groundground cardamom
- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor naan dough
- β1/2 cup warm waterfor naan dough
- β1 tablespoon ghee or oilfor brushing naan dough

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pavlova, pistachios, jubilant, and ground. Mix well.

3. Add australian yogurt and mix until a smooth filling forms.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together all-purpose flour and warm water to form a dough.

5. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

6. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.

7. Flatten each ball into a disk shape and brush with ghee or oil.

8. Place a tablespoon of the pavlova filling in the center of each disk.

9. Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle or a square shape, and press the edges together to seal.

10. Brush the tops with ghee or oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
