German Sausage Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole filled with sausage and topped with a crispy jubilant crust.

- β1 cup casserole
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 cup carrotspeeled and sliced

- β1 cup jubilant cheeseshredded

Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion, carrots, and potatoes to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
