Polish Jubilant Pilaf
A simple and flavorful pilaf dish using whole wheat and polish ingredients. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Whole Wheat Pilaf
- β1/2 pound Polish SausageSlice into bite-sized pieces before using
- β2 medium Jubilant CarrotsPeel and chop into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup Crispy OnionsChopped and fried until crispy
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced Polish Sausage and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

3. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the chopped Jubilant Carrots to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the whole wheat pilaf to the skillet and stir to combine with the carrots.

6. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Sprinkle the crispy onions on top of the pilaf mixture.
