Jubilant Croatian Fideo Noodle Bake
A flavorful and satisfying pasta bake combining the best of Croatian and Latin American flavors.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Jubilant noodlespreferably penne or mostaccioli
- β1 cup Croatian fideodried noodles or pasta
- β1 cup Tomato saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Cheddar cheeseshredded or sliced
- β1/2 cup Parmesan cheesegrated or shaved
- β2 tbsp Olive oilto grease the baking dish
- β1 tsp Garlic powderto taste

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the Jubilant noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Croatian fideo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomato sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, fideo, and tomato sauce mixture. Stir to combine.

Transfer the noodle mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Top the noodle mixture with the Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Bake the pasta bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pasta bake from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
