Crispy Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients
- β1 cup jubilant cornmealfine or medium grind
- β1/2 cup vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionfinely chopped
- β1 cup mushroomssliced
- β1 cup carrotspeeled and grated
- β1 cup zucchinigrated
- β1 eggbeaten
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp corianderground
