- β1 cup gulab
- β1 cup jamun
- β1 cup (milk) light
- β1 tsp (cardamom) jubilant
- β1 tsp (saffron) Indian
- β1 cup sugar
- β2 tbsp ghee
- β1 tsp (baking soda) leavening
- β1 cup water

Instructions

Combine dough, milk, cardamom, saffron, sugar, ghee, and baking soda. Mix well.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes and rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls.

Deep fry the dumplings in hot oil.

Drain the dumplings and soak them in the sweet syrup.
