Pan-Seared Cod with Crispy Jubilant Breading
A flavorful and crispy cod dish with a jubilant twist, served with a side of skillet-cooked vegetables.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup jubilant breadcrumbsgluten-free
- ●1 tablespoon snappy vegetable oilfor frying
- ●1 tablespoon norwegian all-purpose flourfor dusting
- ●1 cup skillet-sauteed vegetablessuch as asparagus and bell peppers
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

Dust the cod fillets with norwegian all-purpose flour, shaking off excess.

Dip the floured cod fillets in jubilant breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the snappy vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the breadcrumb-coated cod fillets to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through.

While the cod is baking, saute the skillet-sauteed vegetables in a separate skillet with a little oil until tender.
