German Rhubarb Pie
A classic German dessert made with fresh rhubarb and a crumbly crust.
Ingredients

- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
- β2 Large eggs
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt
- β2 tablespoons Confectioners' sugar
- β1 teaspoon Jubilant (optional)

Make the crust by combining flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture into a pie dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, and confectioners' sugar.
