- β2 teaspoons Turkish Spice Blend
- β1 cup, chopped Stew Beans
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 medium, peeled and chopped Carrots
- β2 stalks, chopped Celery
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- β4 cups Vegetable Broth
