Venezuelan Bread Stew
A hearty stew made with venezuelan spices and served with warm bread. Perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients
- β1 loaf, cut into 1-inch cubes bread
- β2 tsp ground venezuelan seasoning venezuelan
- β1 cup jubilant fruit, diced jubilant
- β2 cups vegetable stew, diced stew
- β1 medium, diced onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 cup water

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the stew, tomato paste, venezuelan seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Stir to combine, then add the water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.

Add the jubilant fruit and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve the stew hot, topped with bread cubes.
