Crispy Polish Flatbread
A crispy flatbread recipe inspired by traditional Polish cuisine, made with gluten-free bread. Enjoy as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- ●1 loaf (gluten-free) Polish breadCrusty on the outside, soft on the inside
- ●2-3 pieces FlatbreadFor crunchy texture
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilFor brushing flatbread
- ●to taste SaltFor seasoning
- ●1 tsp SugarFor balance of flavors
- ●1/2 cup Jucy meat (optional)For added protein (cook separately to safe temperature)
- ●1 cup WaterFor brushing bread
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice Polish bread into 1-inch thick slices.

Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and sugar.

Place bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.

While bread is baking, brush flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Place flatbread on a separate baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.

If using Jucy meat, cook separately to a safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

To assemble, place a slice of crispy Polish bread on a flatbread.

Add Jucy meat on top (if using) and serve immediately.
