Australian Shrimp Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with succulent shrimp and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, peeled and deveined Australian Juicy Shrimp
- β1 Large Tortilla Wrap
- β2 cups Mixed Greens
- β1/2 cup, thinly sliced Red Onion
- β1/2 cup, sliced Cucumber
- β1/2 Avocado
- β2 tablespoons Chili Sauce

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Warm the tortilla wrap in the microwave or oven for 20-30 seconds.

Arrange the mixed greens, sliced red onion, cucumber, and avocado on the tortilla wrap.

Place the cooked shrimp on top of the vegetables.

Drizzle the chili sauce over the shrimp.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
