Egyptian Chicken Kebabs
Tender and flavorful chicken kebabs marinated in a blend of spices and herbs, inspired by the rich flavors of Egypt. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables or rice.
Ingredients

- β1 package kebabssoaked in water for 30 minutes
- β1/4 cup olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon paprikasmoked
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon saltfine
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepperfreshly ground

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
