Brazilian Chicken Stew

- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs Brazilian chickencut into 1-inch pieces

- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups juicy tomatoesdiced

- β2 teaspoons cumin
- β1 teaspoon paprika
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
