Grilled Anticuchos with Peruvian Slaw
A classic Peruvian dish featuring grilled beef heart skewers served with a refreshing slaw made with juicy tomatoes and crunchy peruvian corn.
Ingredients
- β1 block Tofumarinated in anticuchos seasoning
- β1 cup Peruvian Corngrilled and diced
- β2 Juicy Tomatoesdiced
- β1/4 cup Briny Cilantrochopped
- β2 tbsp Anticuchos Seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tbsp Olive Oilfor grilling

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Thread tofu and briny cilantro onto skewers.

3. Brush tofu with olive oil and season with anticuchos seasoning.

4. Grill tofu for 3-4 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

5. Meanwhile, grill peruvian corn until slightly charred.

6. In a bowl, combine diced juicy tomatoes and grilled peruvian corn.

7. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil.

8. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to combine.
