Spanish Fish Fideua
A seafood twist on the popular Spanish dish, featuring juicy fish and fideua noodles.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Spanish Fideua Noodlespreferably fresh
- β4 fillets Juicy Fish (halibut or sea bass work well)about 6 oz each
- β4 tablespoons Butterunsalted
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Olive Oilfor frying
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsleyfor garnish
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the Spanish fideua noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the juicy fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add the cooked fideua noodles back into the skillet and toss with the melted butter until well coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the fideua noodles with the juicy fish on top and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
