Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.

Butter one side of each flatbread sheet.

Place one flatbread sheet, buttered side down, on the grill.

Top with a slice of Syrian cheese.

Place another flatbread sheet, buttered side up, on top of the cheese.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
