Crispy Pork Tacos
A Mexican-inspired dish featuring crispy pork, crunchy slaw, and tangy salsa.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β Salt
- β1 cup Crushed tortilla chips
- β1 cup Shredded cabbage
- β1/2 cup Diced red onion
- β1 cup Salsa

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt.

Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork shoulder for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

While the pork is cooking, prepare the slaw by combining shredded cabbage, diced red onion, and crushed tortilla chips in a bowl.
