Crispy Syrian Lamb Tagine
A traditional Syrian dish made with tender lamb, crispy onions, and a blend of aromatic spices. It's a hearty and flavorful meal perfect for a cold night.

- β1 large onion
- β4-6 pieces crispy flatbread
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon allspice
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice

Cut the lamb into 1-inch pieces and season with salt, black pepper, allspice, cumin, and coriander.
