Pan-Seared Croation Beans
A simple and flavorful dish made with Croatian beans baked in the oven with juicy tomatoes.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Croatian beans
- β2 large Juicy tomatoes
- β2 tbsp olive oil BakeFor serving
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp dried Oregano
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Rinse the Croatian beans and pick out any debris or stones. Drain and set aside.

Cut the juicy tomatoes in half and place them in a baking dish.

Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the baking dish and toss to combine.

Add the Croatian beans to the baking dish and toss to combine.

Sprinkle the dried oregano over the top of the beans and tomatoes.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the beans and tomatoes are tender.

Serve hot, garnished with additional oregano if desired.
