Egyptian Mung Bean Fritters

- β1 cup, rinsed and drained mung beans
- β1/2 cup, chopped juicy sprouts
- β1/4 cup, chopped bean sprouts
- β1 tsp egyptian spices
- β1/4 cup flour
- β1/4 cup water
- β1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine mung beans, sprouts, bean sprouts, and spices. Blend until well mixed.

In a large bowl, combine the blended mixture, flour, and water. Mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
