Greek Lamb Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic Greek-inspired dish made with juicy lamb, pilaf, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Juicy Lamb Shoulder
- β1 cup Greek Pilaf Rice MixFollow package instructions
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- β1 tsp Fresh OreganoChopped
- β2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Sear the lamb shoulder until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

3. Transfer the lamb to a separate plate, and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil.

5. Add the pilaf rice mix and cook according to package instructions.

6. Add the chopped oregano and lemon juice, and toss to combine.

7. Return the lamb to the skillet and spoon some of the pilaf mixture over the top.

8. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked through.

9. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

10. Slice the lamb and serve with the pilaf mixture spooned over the top.
