Beef Sopes
A classic Mexican dish featuring crispy sopes topped with seasoned ground beef. Serve with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients

- β6-8 Mexican sopes
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- βto taste Salt
- β1 cup Shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cumin and chili powder and cook for 1 minute.
