Greek-Style Pan-Seared Steak with Saganaki
A classic combination of tender steak and crispy saganaki, served with a side of tangy feta salad.
Ingredients

- β 1/4 cup olive oilfor pan-searing
- β 2 cloves garlic, mincedfor marinade
- β 1/4 cup red wine vinegarfor marinade
- β 1/4 cup chopped fresh oreganofor marinade
- β 1/2 cup crumbled saganaki cheesefor topping
- β Salt and pepper to taste
