Xinjiang Shrimp Skewers
Crispy grilled shrimp skewers marinated in a blend of Xinjiang spices, perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β12 Jumbo shrimp
- β2 Juicy xinjiang chili peppersthinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1 tsp Gingerminced
- β1 tsp Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β1 Grill
- β1 dozen Skewerspreferably bamboo

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add sliced xinjiang chili peppers and mix well.

4. Add the jumbo shrimp and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

5. Thread the marinated shrimp and xinjiang chili peppers onto the skewers.

6. Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.

7. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
