Herbal Borlotti Stew
A hearty stew made with borlotti beans, juicy meat, and herbal spices.

- β250g Borlotti beanscanned or cooked from scratch
- β500g Juicy beefcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp Herbal olive oilinfused with thyme and rosemary
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Tagine spice blendavailable in most Middle Eastern stores
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat the herbal olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the juicy beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the borlotti beans, tagine spice blend, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
