Canadian Steak Kebabs
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines the richness of steak with the freshness of herbal spices.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs 1.5 lbs Steak ( ribeye or strip loin )
- β1 cup 1 cup Juicy Pineapple Rings
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β2 tbsp 2 tbsp Herbal Spice Blend
- β2 cloves 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 tsp 1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- β8-10 8-10 Canadian Bacon Skewers

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, herbal spice blend, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Thread steak, pineapple, and Canadian bacon onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture, making sure all the ingredients are coated.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 135Β°F for medium-rare.
